Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase with Flashify. Please read the following Return and Cancellations policy carefully.

Returns

All products bought from Flashify are eligible for free return under the following conditions

If the return is filed within 7 days from receiving the product
If the product is delivered in a faulty/damaged/not working condition or a wrong product is delivered.

How to file for return

Write to us at "support@flashify.in" or send a Whatsapp message to us on "+91-98167 92796" with the following information

1.Order number

2.Seeking Return/Replacement

3.Reason for Return/replacement with photo/video proof of the same

If the customer opts for Replacement, a third-party courier partner will come over to pick up the damaged/wrong product from the address of delivery and the replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days of us receiving the damaged/wrong product

Acceptance of any Return/replacement request is subject to fulfilment of the above conditions. Flashify holds the right to reject any return/replacement claims. Any return/replacement request filed after 7 days of receiving will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Any product once ordered can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post that time frame the product can only be returned/replaced if it fulfils the required criteria for it.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed then the refund for it will be processed in 7 days.
